The Battle Kizz is a renowned international competition.
Throughout the year, the Battle Kizz World Tour culminates in the grand finale in Paris during the Battle Festival, the leading event for Urban Kiz.
The Battle Kizz World Tour involves holding qualification rounds in various countries around the globe, bringing together the best talents for an incredible final in Paris.

Each Battle Kizz event during the World Tour follows the format of the Battle Kizz Classic, where couples can register and compete. Judges, typically headlining teachers from the line-up, are chosen alongside a DJ. The main category is Urban Kiz but Tarraxo and Solo categories are also possible. The winners of each qualifier will represent their country at the Battle Kizz World Final in Paris.
Boston Kiz Festival 2025 specifics:
Categories: Urban Kiz
Format: Couple vs. Couple
1. 2 rounds of competition Saturday and Sunday
2. Each competition will be 1hr
3. Each couple will dance urban kiz for 1 minute and 30 seconds 1 time Saturday and 2 times Sunday
4. The music will be selected by the DJ and will feature exclusively Urban Kiz tracks
5. Participants will not know the music in advance
6. Winning couple receives $500 and a chance to participate in the Battle Kizz Final in 2026
7. $60 entrance fee per couple
Judging
A panel of professional judges will vote at the end of each battle.
Judging criteria: connection, technique, musicality, and some originality and risk-taking, which can be beneficial in Urban Kiz
The most important thing is to dance, improvise, and adapt to the music while staying connected with your partner. Show your skills, steps, and signature moves in a social dancing platform.
Host
Said will be the MC, guiding and animating the Battle Kizz.
Objective
Although it is a competition, the aim is to exchange and share experiences.
This event will challenge participants and help them push their limits.
